Step 1 — Connect to Google Sheets

Paste your Google Apps Script Web App URL below. Follow the instructions in Step 2 to get this URL.

This URL is saved in your browser and never shared.

Step 2 — One-Time Google Setup (3 minutes)

Create a new Google Sheet
Go to sheets.google.com → click Blank → name it "Theatre Efficiency Data"

Open Apps Script
In your Sheet, click Extensions in the top menu → Apps Script. A new tab will open.

Paste the script below
Delete everything in the editor, then paste the entire script below and click the 💾 Save icon.

Deploy as Web App
Click Deploy (top right) → New deployment → click the ⚙ gear next to "Select type" → choose Web app.

Set: Execute as: Me · Who has access: Anyone

Click Deploy → sign in with your Google account if asked → click Authorize access.

Copy the Web App URL
After deploying, you'll see a URL like:
https://script.google.com/macros/s/ABC123.../exec

Copy it and paste it into the URL field in Step 1 above.

You're done!
From now on, every time you click Save & Sync, the case data is written to your Google Sheet automatically — from any device. You can share the Sheet with colleagues, build charts, or export CSV anytime from the Delay Analysis tab.

Sync & Export

Use "Sync All" if you logged cases before connecting, to push everything to Google Sheets at once.
